To go with renting a PlayStation VR 2 or just to enjoy some regular gaming, we rent the PlayStation 5 console, a DualSense 5 controller plus all the cables needed and loads of games. When not renting with the PSVR 2, we also have an option for up to three extra controllers at $10 each.
8 games are included, with Grand Theft Auto V and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on disc for kids we can exclude these if you'd like, plus EA FC 24 (previously known as FIFA), LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Minecraft, Sonic Team Racing and Overcooked! + Overcooked! 2.
Games up to four people can play on one TV include Minecraft, EA FC 24 (FIFA 24), Sonic Team Racing, Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2.
Plus, if you're renting this to use with a PlayStation VR 2, Horizon Call of the Mountain is also included with our rental PlayStation 5 console. Our PSVR 2 rentals also include Resident Evil Village, Gran Turismo 7 and Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge.

To run the PS5, you just need a monitor or a TV with an HDMI input (almost any TV in the past 15 years, and most monitors).
We use Courier Post to send the PlayStation 5 to you anywhere in New Zealand, and send you easy to follow instructions on how to set everything up.
Included in the package is a prepaid return label, so on the last day of the rental you can drop that off at your local post office, they'll scan it and return it to us. More information can also be seen in our how Rentals Work page.
